Return & Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup from your location. After the product is received and inspected by Caratspark, the exchange value or store credit will be processed within 7 business days.

Lifetime Exchange & Buyback

Caratspark offers a Lifetime Exchange & Buyback facility on all eligible jewellery purchased from us.

• The value of the returned jewellery will be issued as a Caratspark Store Credit/Credit Note and will not be refunded in cash or to the original payment method.
• The Store Credit/Credit Note must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issue. Any unused balance after the validity period will automatically expire.
• The applicable exchange or buyback value will be determined after inspection and verification of the jewellery's condition and authenticity.
• Shipping, insurance, handling, and processing charges incurred for the return will be deducted from the final exchange/buyback value or charged separately, as applicable.
• The returned jewellery must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Caratspark reserves the right to refuse exchange or buyback requests for items that are damaged, altered, repaired by third parties, or do not meet our eligibility criteria.
